Order Processing
Once your order is placed, our team gets to work. Here's what to expect:

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of being placed.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

During peak periods (holidays, sales, or promotional events), processing times may be slightly longer - we'll always keep you updated.

Once your order has been processed and handed to our shipping partner, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are unable to redirect parcels once they have been dispatched.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and chosen shipping method. You will always see the exact shipping cost before you confirm your order - no surprises.

Express shipping is available for most destinations at an additional cost.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless we are at fault for the issue.
Tracking Your Order
We know the wait is the hardest part. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow its journey.

Tracking information may take 24-72 hours to update after your dispatch confirmation is sent.

You can track your order using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

If your tracking hasn't updated in more than 5 business days, please reach out to us and we'll look into it.
International Shipping & Customs
We ship to most countries worldwide. For international orders, please be aware of the following:

Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are entirely outside our control.

Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping fee.

In rare cases, parcels may be held or seized by customs. If this happens, please contact us and we will do our best to assist - a refund will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Incorrect Shipping Address
Please take a moment to review your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase. We are unable to redirect or intercept parcels once they have been dispatched.

If you notice an error in your address immediately after placing your order, contact us right away - if the order hasn't been processed yet, we may be able to update it.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Furrytato is not responsible for orders lost or undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Orders with Multiple Items
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately and arrive at different times. This is completely normal and nothing to worry about - each item will have its own tracking information where applicable.
